FireTextResponse utilizes a users phone number to allow it's servers to communicate notification alerts and to process users response commands to and from its servers.

The FireTextResponse application communicates notification alerts and user response commands via an SSL encrypted connection.

A users phone number and usage statistics are not shared or distributed to any third party.

There is no connection between a users identity and the users phone number stored on the applications server. A users phone number and it's usage of the FireTextResponse application are the only information items stored on the applications server.
